As this season comes to a close, the BCFU has a lot to celebrate. This weekend BCFU went to the Novice Nationals tournament in Pensacola, FL. When the last ballot was tallied, we had 7 national finalists, a second place team finish, and a CHAMPION in extemporaneous! Results: Extemporaneous Nicole Harris NATIONAL CHAMPION! From February 3rd to February 5th, the BCFU team traveled up to Murray, Kentucky, to compete in a swing tournament. We took a large team to this tournament, so the results are lengthy, but impressive. We did really well as a team, with champions in persuasion and ADS, and even multiple Novice champions! The team traveled up to Lexington, Kentucky, to compete in the Hatfield-McCoy swing tournament with only six members.
