BCFU Places Second at Jackson Purchase Swing
BCFU traveled to Murray State University on Feb. 1 to compete in the Jackson Purchase Swing with 18 members. The team did very well as a whole and placed third place on Saturday, second on Sunday, and overall placed second for the entire tournament. There were 49 individual awards, with 12 of those being event championships. BCFU beat highly competitive teams such as The University of Alabama Forensics team and Western Kentucky University Forensics team. The novices on BCFU competed very well and the results from this tournament are making the team look forward to the competition at Novice Nationals in March.
